Course Description: This course covers the importance of scientific research, providing the basics of research and its methodologies, and how to plan and prepare for research. It aims to enrich scientific and technical knowledge to develop participants' abilities in deduction, analysis, and innovation.

Objectives of the course :

This course aims to introduce the student to the importance of scientific research and provide them with the fundamentals of research and its methodologies, as well as how to plan and prepare for it. It also aims to enrich their scientific and technical knowledge to develop their abilities in deduction, analysis, and innovation. Furthermore, it enables students to understand the methods and approaches of legal (regulatory) research, outline the stages of its preparation from the introduction to the conclusion, and the research findings. Students will become familiar with research tools and sources, and how to prepare their scientific plan. Studying this course also allows students to understand their specialized subjects in a sound methodological and thematic manner, helps them systematically connect scattered and different topics, and qualifies them to prepare scientific research in regulations.
