Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
A. Familiarity with the provisions related to International Organizations Law, its definition, history, concept, sources, and various international organizations.
b. To form a jurisprudential capability in the student, enabling them to grasp the jurisprudential and legal opinion upon which to act in matters of international organizations law.
c. Familiarity with the sources and branches of international organizations law within the allotted time.
d. The student will be able to distinguish international employee judgments.
Knowledge and understanding:
1- Understand the concept of international organizations and the sources of international organizations law.
2. To identify the types of international organizations.
3. To define the international employee, their judgments, and immunities.
Skills:
To distinguish between the types of international organizations and their provisions.
