Course Description: This course covers the provisions pertaining to commercial companies and bankruptcy in Saudi Arabia.
Credit hours: 3
Prerequisites: LAW 261
Objectives of the course :

– Introduce the student to the detailed provisions of commercial companies, whether they are partnerships or capital companies.
- Introducing the student to the legal system of bankruptcy and preventive composition, in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Unified Commercial Law of the GCC countries.
