Course Description: A mandatory department requirement. The student learns the sources of obligations as stipulated in the Civil Transactions Law.
Credit hours: 3
Prerequisites: LAW 101
Objectives of the course :

The objective of this course is to introduce the student to the administrative sources of obligations: ”contract and unilateral will,” and the involuntary sources: ”harmful act, unjust enrichment, and law.” The study of this course will be in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, comparative legislation, and within the allotted time.
