Course Description: A mandatory departmental requirement that introduces students to the rules of litigation and judicial proceedings, and develops their skills in case resolution and dealing with practical real-world problems.
Credits: 2
Prerequisites: LAW 101
Objectives of the course :

The objective of this course is to introduce the student to the judicial system, “the formation and jurisdictions of courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” and the nature of lawsuits and the means to pursue them. This will be done in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom, using a comparative approach to practices in other systems, and within the allocated time frame.

1- To know the systemic and legal terms and concepts related to the formation of courts and their jurisdictions.
2- Explain the means of dispute resolution.
3. To describe the fundamental principles and theories of systems.
