The aim of studying this course is to provide the student with the general provisions of civil contracts, and to familiarize them with the most important named and most common contracts in practical life, which are the contract of sale, the contract of lease, and the contract of insurance, whether in relation to their formation, conditions of validity, and the required capacity to conclude them, and the legal effects resulting from them. The study of this course will be in accordance with the regulations issued in this regard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comparative regulations, and within the prescribed time.

1- To know the terms and concepts related to named and unnamed contracts.
2- Describe the fundamental principles and theories related to named contracts (sale - lease - insurance).

To distinguish between the provisions of sales, lease, and agency contracts.
