Course Description: The course covers the foundations of legal theory, similar legal rules, and the theory of rights, including property rights and mortgages.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

The aim of this course is to give the student a general understanding of legal systems through the study of the theories of law and rights. This course is considered the foundation for studying legal systems as an introduction to the study of legal sciences.

1- To know the terminology and concepts related to legal theory and rights theory.
2. To know the fundamental principles and theories governing the origin of legal rules, their types, and scope of application, as well as the types of rights, their subject matter, persons, and sources.
