Course Description: The course covers: * Types and characteristics of businesses * The legal system for businesses * The status of a merchant and their obligations * Provisions and types of companies * Procedures for establishing companies * Methods for resolving commercial disputes.

• Introduce the student to the basics of the commercial system.
• Study of the theory of business, the merchant, and their obligations.

• Application of the system in accordance with Islamic Sharia and Saudi regulations.
