Contemporary Jurisprudential Issues

Course Description: A course that introduces students to contemporary jurisprudential issues related to various types of transactions and matters of Sharia policy, and their application in issuing fatwas and other areas.
Credits: 2
Objectives of the course :

The student surrounds himself with some contemporary jurisprudential rulings that have emerged in Muslim society.
2- The student trains to find legitimate solutions for emergent and new jurisprudential issues.
The student understands the correct methodology in linking jurisprudential branches, especially contemporary developments, to principles and rules. .

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
Defines a deep specialization group of knowledge and theories related to contemporary jurisprudential issues, integrating specialization fields to find new and pioneering knowledge.
Explains knowledge and precise understanding of various processes, techniques, practices, and terminology based on recent developments and emerging issues and challenges.
3- Describes advanced knowledge through original research and scientific activities that contribute to development in areas of jurisprudential issues.
Skills:
Apply leading jurisprudential theories, principles, concepts, and issues in highly complex contexts to disseminate and promote authentic knowledge and new insights through diverse communication methods with peers and specialized groups.
2- Evaluates concepts, principles, and theories in contemporary jurisprudential issues, developing creative and innovative solutions for new jurisprudential cases and problems in highly complex contexts, using advanced technologies.
