Inferential and weighting jurisprudence

Course Description: The course covers the study of topics in ijtihad, taqlid, fatwa, qiyas, contradiction, and tarjih.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

The student will be able to have a deep understanding of the fundamental issues related to ijtihad, taqlid, fatwa, and the makings of a mujtahid, as well as analogical reasoning and its contemporary impact. They will also be able to differentiate between the concepts of following the easiest opinion (tattabu' al-rukhsas), syncretism (talfeeq), and invoking scholarly disagreement for justification (al-ihtijaj bil-khilaf).

It defines a deep specialized set of knowledge and theories related to inferential reasoning, in which specialized fields are integrated to generate new and pioneering knowledge.
Explains knowledge and precise understanding of diverse jurisprudential processes, techniques, practices, and terminology based on recent developments and emerging issues and challenges.
