Course Description: This course covers writing a scientific research paper on the subject of Usul al-Fiqh, by applying the rules of correct scientific research and following the steps of preparing Sharia research. .

Objectives of the course :

The student should be able to write a research paper in Usul al-Fiqh, adhering to the scientific rules for preparing research at all its stages, from creating an outline, gathering material, drafting it, and preparing scientific indexes. .

The student should be able to explain their research topic.
2. The student should be able to state the most important scientific sources in their field of specialization.

The student will be able to practically apply the correct methodology in scientific research.
The student will be able to analyze jurisprudential and usul texts to enrich their inferential skills.
3. The student will be able to derive Islamic legal rulings from the texts of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah according to scientific methodology. .
The student should be able to connect principles and foundations with old case branches and new emergent issues.
