Course Description: This course covers the principles of deriving rulings from their sources, its origins, and key literary works. It includes practical training in deriving rulings from their sources on a number of jurisprudence issues.

Prerequisites: ISF 349
Objectives of the course :

1. Understanding the reality of deriving branches from principles, its utility, origin and development, and its methodology. .
The ability to benefit from the principles of jurisprudence in explaining the rulings of derived branches based on them. .
Practicing diligence in issuing rulings on contemporary issues by referring them to their appropriate sources. .
4. The student will be able to express their opinion correctly. .

2. The student should know the sections of graduation and its implications for the scholars of Usul (Islamic jurisprudence principles). .
