Fundamentals of jurisprudence

Course Description: This course covers the definition, subject matter, and origins of Usul al-Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence methodology). It also discusses the approaches to compiling Usul al-Fiqh works and the most famous books associated with each approach. The course will delve into the definition of Islamic legal rulings, divided into substantive (taklifi) and declarative (wad'i) categories. It will explain the definition of obligations and their classifications based on the action, the doer, time, and measure. Finally, it will cover the definition of declarative rulings and the agreed-upon and disputed sources of Islamic law.
Credit hours: 3

A. Knows the legislative evidence.
b. Its definition in Usul al-Fiqh, its importance, and the topics it covers.
c. It is known by the rulings of Sharia (obligatory and definitive).
The doctor skillfully deals with emerging facts, issues, and matters, and how to derive judgments from the principles of Usul al-Fiqh.
