Course Description: The course includes an introduction to analogical reasoning (qiyas) as one of the legal proofs, its pillars, types, conditions, validity, methods of proof, what can be reasoned by analogy, and its most important invalidators. .
Credit hours: 3
Prerequisites: ISF 142
Objectives of the course :

a. The student will be able to recognize the measurement guide.
b. The student will recognize measurement problems and their components.
c. The student practices constructing and reasoning with correct analogies.
The student should practice deriving legal rulings for new and emerging issues based on analogical reasoning.
