Course Description: This course includes the legal evidence: its definition and divisions, and what relates to the evidence of the Holy Qur'an and its characteristics, irregular recitation, the unambiguous and the ambiguous, and what relates to the evidence of the Prophetic Sunnah: its definition and authority, its types, the definition of a hadith and its types and issues, and the argumentation with solitary hadith, and what relates to abrogation: its definition, types, rulings, and its most important rules.

Objectives of the course :

A. – The student should have a general understanding of evidence, its classifications, and its types. .
b. The student knows the status of the Holy Qur'an and the Prophetic Sunnah, and reveres them.
c. The student must study the Quran and Sunnah, their types, and the most important issues related to them.
The student can study the topics of abrogation and its rules.
