The student can study the topics of abrogation and its rules.

The difference between the evidence for the validity of legal rulings and the evidence for their occurrence
4 - Characteristics of evidential traditions from the Quran and Sunnah, their status, and their stance on reason.
Second: The First Proof: The Holy Quran
1. Definition of the Holy Quran according to Ahl al-Sunnah
2 – Characteristics of the Holy Quran
3 – Is there any non-Arabic word in the Quran?
4 – Does the Quran contain figurative language?
5 – Quranic Readings: Their Types, Conditions, and the Ruling on Using Aberrant Readings and Their Impact on Jurisprudential Applications. .
6. The reality of the unequivocal and ambiguous verses in the Holy Qur'an, their types, the stance of the Salaf concerning the ambiguous verses, and the impact of deviation therein, with application through authentic examples. .
Third: The Second Proof: The Prophetic Sunnah
1 – Definition of Sunnah, its divisions, and the distinction between the methodologies of the Usuliyyun and the Hadith scholars
2 - The Authority of the Sunnah and a Refutation of the Doubts of Its Deniers
3 – The Relationship between the Sunnah and the Quran. .

11. Conditions for an acceptable narrator
