Course Description: Understanding the methodology of Islam in establishing human rights and highlighting the importance of rights in the life of the individual and society.

Prerequisites: IC 101
Objectives of the course :

Recognizing human rights in Islam, instilling them in people's hearts, and explaining their impact on students' behavior.

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
1- To know human rights in Islam, linguistically and terminologically. .
2. To explain the reality of human beings in Islam and their relationship to the theory of rights.
Skills:
To differentiate between fundamental human rights and other political, civil, social, and cultural rights.
2. To extract the rights of individuals according to their status from the rulings of Islamic Sharia. .
