– Emergency Concepts Comprehension: -Understanding the nature of health crises and disasters, identifying their types (natural, biological, etc.), and their direct impact on health systems.
- Familiarity with the disaster cycle and knowledge of the four phases of disaster management (mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery), along with an understanding of risk assessment mechanisms.
– Understanding local and international health laws and regulations, as well as the policies and legislation governing medical work during emergencies.

- Medical Triage and Classification Skill: The ability to apply the medical triage system to prioritize treatment and save the lives of casualties in numbers exceeding capacity.
- Rapid response skills: the ability to prepare emergency plans, efficiently manage available resources, and implement simulation scenarios to handle mass casualties.
Communication and coordination skill: The ability to communicate effectively and exchange information with clinical work teams and other supporting entities (such as Civil Defense) to ensure the continuity of healthcare.
