Course Description: This course examines the civil covenant in the Prophet's biography through study, research, and analysis, according to scientific and Sharia principles. Its importance stems from the topics it addresses, including: how the Islamic state was established in Medina, what the Messenger (peace be upon him) did to lay the foundations of the state and organize society, followed by legislative, political, military, and social events, such as the change of the Qibla, and the most important raids, expeditions, and delegations during these years, such as: Badr, the expulsion of the Banu Qaynuqa and Banu al-Nadir Jews, Uhud, al-Raji, Bi'r Ma'unah, Banu al-Mustaliq, the Trench, Banu Qurayza, the event of Hudaybiyyah, Khaybar, Dhat al-Riqa, the Battle of Mu'tah, the Conquest of Mecca, Hunayn and Ta'if, and Tabuk. Umrah al-Qada', correspondence with kings and leaders, delegations, Abu Bakr's leading the people in pilgrimage, and the Farewell Pilgrimage. Then the final events of the Messenger's (peace be upon him) life, examples of his noble qualities, evidence of his prophethood, his characteristics (peace be upon him), and a brief overview of his wives (peace be upon him), sons, and daughters, and the lessons learned from all the events, and refuting some doubts cast by those who attack the Prophet's biography during the study period.
