Special Topic in Environment

Course Description: The student will be introduced to scientific research skills based on modern scientific technologies, with training in conducting scientific research in the fields of environment and geography in terms of analysis and discussion, and identifying students' specialized interests in theses or research projects.

Credit hours: 3

Objectives of the course :

– Introduction to the fundamentals of scientific research.
The student acquires scientific research skills based on practical applications.
The student trains on scientific criticism and highlighting scientific observations on environmental geography research and studies.
The course reveals the student's specialized trends and develops them to serve their environmental geography research project.
The course contributes to equipping students with knowledge of scientific methodologies and modern techniques used in the specialization and the accompanying systematic procedures.
– Enhances the field performance level required for applied environmental research.
The course provides the student with knowledge and training in the most important research methods in the geographical and environmental field.
– The course guides students to formulate a research plan/and complete a research project
