Course Description: This course covers the nature of economic geography, its developmental stages, and research methodologies. It also focuses on the various surface resources of the Earth and their geographical distribution, identifying the most prominent factors influencing economic production, and the most important economic activities resulting from human interaction with their environment, with reference to some practical examples.

Objectives of the course :

Understanding the concept of economic geography in its temporal and spatial dimensions, and familiarity with the variables and factors affecting economic activities and their spatial distribution at various local, regional, and global levels.
