Course Description: Description of Practical Course Content: Cooperative training is a fundamental requirement for many specializations. In this training, students will work in a nutrition department in hospitals or government/private food factories in the Qassim region to gain experience in their specialized fields. This training will take place five days a week for six consecutive months. The department will develop the plan, its implementation mechanism, and follow-up, as well as determine the skills students should acquire during the training period. The department will also define the process for field and academic supervision, grade distribution, and student evaluation methods. Students must pass a comprehensive exam held at the end of the semester. In case of failure, the student receives a grade of "L" and must retake the exam. .

Objectives of the course :

1. Providing students with the opportunity to gain practical experience and training before graduation in nutrition departments within hospitals or food factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The student's familiarity with the skills required to work in their specialization.
Identifying the main difficulties and problems faced by a graduate of the department when entering the job market.
4. Developing academic courses and programs that contribute to supplying the labor market with graduates possessing the required expertise.
5. Supplying the Kingdom's labor market with graduates possessing the necessary practical ability and competence.
6. Defining the Ministry of Health and food factories' capabilities for the department's graduates to attract and employ them.
7. Passing the comprehensive exam to measure the scientific knowledge and skills acquired by the student in the academic levels.
8. Preparing students to pass the tests conducted by various government bodies for employment.
9. Explore the strengths and weaknesses of the courses taught in the plan and work on their development.
