Course Description: This course focuses on the study of various Islamic finance and investment instruments within the framework of Islamic Sharia. It analyzes the contracts associated with each instrument, their risk management methods, and the diversification mechanisms for Islamic financial institutions' portfolios. It also covers the use of financial analysis tools, combining theoretical and practical aspects of finance and investment tools, in addition to some related topics such as real estate and corporate governance, with a comprehensive and detailed comparison to the conventional finance system.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

Business ethics from an Islamic perspective.
Highlight Islamic financing methods in accordance with Islamic Sharia provisions.
3. Develop an advanced understanding of Islamic finance and the current practices of Islamic banks, along with the legal and ethical frameworks within which they operate.
4- Differentiate between the challenges and opportunities facing the contemporary Islamic financial system.
5- Comparative presentation and analysis of conventional finance and Islamic finance.
