To equip the student with the skill of jurisprudential derivation for contemporary issues in medical jurisprudence, and how to frame them and seek their ruling in light of Islamic legal principles.
- Weighing different scholarly opinions on jurisprudential issues where there is disagreement.
Knowledge and understanding:
1- The student should thoroughly explain contemporary jurisprudential issues in medical jurisprudence.
2. The student understands the concept of cloning, its types, and its rulings in detail.
3. The student classifies cosmetic surgeries, their fields, controls, and provisions in detail.
Skills:
1. The student will deeply analyze the research methodology in contemporary medical jurisprudence issues.
2- The student will discuss in detail various contemporary issues in medical jurisprudence.
3. The student accurately draws out issues of medical jurisprudence from the texts of early jurists.

It embodies an advanced level of integrity, values, and professional and human ethics in dealing with contemporary issues.
