Jurisprudence and Evidence

Course Description: The student will learn the rulings of the judiciary and methods of proof. The course aims to develop the student's jurisprudential acumen, enabling them to comprehend, derive, and apply jurisprudential rulings to actual cases, and to transfer these competencies to society.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• Care for legal principles in adjudication and methods of proof, and their controls.
Comparison between means of proof and presumptions.
Discussing jurisprudential opinions and their evidence.
• Adhering to etiquette and skills in dealing with those who disagree on controversial issues.
• Utilize modern technology to access information regarding course matters.

Course outputs :

Knowledge and understanding:
1- The student knows the concepts and terms of jurisprudence of litigation.
Knowing the etiquette of a judge.
3- Knowledge of the way of judgment and its description.
Skills:
The student should possess the etiquette and skills for interacting with those who hold differing opinions on controversial issues.
2. The ability to work in groups to solve all types of hypothetical problems and apply them to real-world situations. .
3. Students will be able to communicate orally through presentations, speeches, and dialogues, and in writing through research papers, assignments, and inquiries.
4. To apply the rules of jurisprudence in the mock court.
