Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• Clarification of concepts and terminology in the jurisprudence of felonies and the jurisprudential rulings related to issues of felonies and blood money.
• To develop a jurisprudence queen in the student that enables them to know the rulings of felonies and apply them to cases.
• To derive jurisprudential rulings, discuss evidence, and weigh between differing opinions.
• To compare the blood money for souls, limbs, and benefits.
• Adhering to etiquette and skills in dealing with those who disagree on controversial issues.

1- To understand the specific concepts and terminology of felonies, Hadd punishments, and Ta'zir punishments, their origins, the steps to determine their rulings, and the methods of jurisprudential classification for them.
1- To mention the evidence and jurisprudential rulings for retribution, prescribed punishments, and discretionary punishments.

1- Deduce the legal rulings for crimes, felonies, blood money, and oaths from their detailed evidence.
2. To apply the jurisprudential rulings on crimes, felonies, blood money, and oaths to the facts.

Book of Crimes: Conditions for Imposing Retribution, Fulfillment of Retribution, Pardon for Retribution, Retribution for Less Than Life.
Book of Diyyat: The amounts of blood money for lives, limbs, and benefits, wounds and broken bones, the 'aqilah and the expiation for killing, and qasamah. .
Book of Punishments: The Punishment for Adultery, the Punishment for Theft, the Punishment for Slander, the Punishment for Drinking.

Discretionary Punishments, Jurisprudence in Discretionary Punishments, and the Authority of the Ruler Therein. .
