The student should know the rights related to inheritance, the causes, conditions, and impediments of inheritance, and its jurisprudential rulings. .
The student should mention the concepts and terms of the science of inheritance, such as the obligatory share, the residue, and the impediment.
The student should identify the heirs by obligatory share, the heirs by agnatic succession, and the conditions for that.
