Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
* Definition of scientific research terms and concepts and manuscript verification.
Mention scientific research methods and their stages.
Enabling practical scientific research setup.
• Adhering to etiquette and skills in dealing with those who disagree on controversial issues.
• Utilize modern technology to access information regarding course matters.

Knowledge and understanding:
1- To describe the scientific research methodology for studying jurisprudential issues.
Skills:
To derive Islamic legal rulings from their detailed legal evidence according to the principles of usul al-fiqh.
2. To apply juristic rulings to actual events.

1. Adhering to Islamic ethics, social, professional, and academic values, and the etiquette of disagreement.
