Transactional Jurisprudence (1)

Course Description: This course covers: Introduction to financial transactions and their contract classifications, the origin of transactions, the reality of sale and its rulings, options and sale conditions, selling assets and profits, the reality of usury and exchange and their rulings, the reality of *salam* (forward sale) and *istisna'* (manufacturing contract) and their rulings, the reality of loans and their rulings, and the reality of mortgages, guarantees, and bail bonds and their rulings, and the reality of assignment and its rulings.
Credit hours: 3
Objectives of the course :

Defining terms and concepts in sales of various types, and in usury and exchange, forward sales (salam), loans, pawning, guarantees, and assignments.
Memorizing the rulings of sale, usury, currency exchange, forward sale, loan, pawn, guarantee, and assignment.
• Developing jurisprudential expertise that enables the derivation of Sharia rulings for various types of sales, usury, currency exchange, forward sales (salam), loans, and mortgages from their detailed evidence, and applying them to real-world situations.

1. Define the terms and concepts of sales of all types, usury, loans, collateral, guarantees, and endorsements.
2- To mention the jurisprudential rulings on sales, usury, loans, mortgages, guarantees, and assignments.

4. To explain the evidence of Islamic legal rulings in financial transactions.
