Fashion design for body types

Course Description: The Fashion Design for Body Types course (FAD335) covers understanding body types and anatomical aspects of the female human body, methods for determining female body types and fat distribution, female body types and selecting fashion designs that suit them according to personality traits, renowned fashion designers" formulations of women's fashion according to body types, factors contributing to the success of fashion designs (materials, colors, accessories "stationary - mobile", knitting techniques), the Muslim woman's stance on modern fashion according to Arab societal customs and traditions, along with designing fashion for various occasions that suit the following types (hourglass, rectangle, triangle, inverted triangle, oval) and decorating and coloring the drawn designs to highlight the design ideas.

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to identify the diverse body types of women and develop innovative design solutions suitable for them by formulating appropriate “design lines, materials, embellishments, colors, and accessories” for each type.
