Financial Management - 1

Course description : This course deals with the basics of financial management and its applications in practice. It presents the function of the financial manager and the most important decisions entrusted to him, including financing, investment, planning, and control. The course is also concerned with financial statements and the critical information they contain and how to analyze them. Overall, the course discusses the basic concepts of financial management including available sources of funding, cost of capital, capital structure policies, time value of money, risk and return analysis, valuation of financial assets, projects, and distribution policy

Objectives of the course :

1. Provide students with a comprehensive understanding of financial management theory

 

2. Learn how to apply, implement, and develop financial management to execute effective financial strategies for the organization.

3. Developing methods and approaches for financial decision-making, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating them
