A simple icon, consisting of a series of links surrounded by a circle, is a common symbol for a connection or hyperlink. The lines of the icon are outlined in a dark black color on the background, with the addition of military elements of the Saudi national identity such as the Ghutra, Shamaa, and Saudi Bisht, to reflect the distinctive local character of Qassim University.

Principles of communication

Course Description: Fundamental elements of communication systems, including: types of communication systems and their basic components, the receiver, the transmitter, and the communication channel. It also covers wireless communication systems and superheterodyne transceivers. Basic modulation techniques, including: Amplitude Modulation (AM), Frequency Modulation (FM), and Phase Modulation (PM). Pulse modulation techniques, including: Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM), Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Pulse Position Modulation (PPM), Pulse Code Modulation (PCM), Differential Pulse Code Modulation (DPCM), and Delta Modulation (DM). Signal multiplexing, including: Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) and Frequency Division Multiplexing (FDM). Introduction to digital modulation (Shift Keying), including: Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK), Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), and Phase Shift Keying (PSK).
