Fundamentals of Electrical Circuits

Course Description: The course aims to introduce the fundamentals of electrical circuits, including circuit elements and laws, DC circuit analysis, network theorems, AC circuits and frequency response, operational amplifiers and rectifiers, logic circuits, and the small-signal model of semiconductors.

Prerequisites: PHYS131
Objectives of the course :

– Introduce students to the concepts and principles of loop and iteration technologies.
Introduce students to various circuit theories.
– Introducing students to AC circuits and the application of phasors.
- Introducing students to the operation of diodes and transistors and their applications.
