Course Description: The course covers knowledge, information, and skills related to the teacher's use of educational technologies, technological innovations, e-learning systems, and learning management systems in teaching. It also addresses contemporary models for teachers using educational technology innovations. This includes the use of computer-based educational technologies in educational activities. Educational technology and e-learning - e-learning and distance learning, the nature of multimedia - components of multimedia - the difference between multimedia, hypermedia, and interactive media.

Objectives of the course :

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to utilize educational technologies, technological innovations, e-learning systems, and learning management systems in teaching. They will also learn the nature of multimedia, its components, and the differences between multimedia, hypermedia, and interactive media.

1.1 Familiarity with knowledge related to teacher's employment of educational technologies, technological innovations, e-learning systems, and learning management systems in teaching.
1.2 Identify contemporary models of teacher use of educational technology innovations in teaching activities.
1.3 Know the fundamentals of using e-learning in teaching.
1.4 Understand the nature of multimedia and its multiple components.
1.5 Understand the difference between hypermedia and interactive media, and the educational software production cycle.
