Course Description: This course enables students to understand how to develop a competitive advantage across companies through the strategic synchronization of various functional areas, processes, and systems within the organization, in coordination with internal and external environments and the challenges they pose. The course is designed to help students understand the comprehensive strategic management process, starting from setting the vision, scanning the environment, formulating strategies, then implementation and evaluation, to ensure the success of the strategic process and utilize the generated information to increase the effectiveness of future strategic decisions for organizations.

1. Definition of the strategic management process and its role in creating sustainable competitive advantage
2. Write a logical, relevant, and well-organized report on a work issue.
3. Compare different theoretical models of strategic management before applying them to any business problems.
