Course description : The course (DESI718), which is taught by the Doctor of Philosophy in Apparel Design and Production at the third level (3 credit hours), covers the functions of the program menus, drawing basic flat designs with measurements for women's outerwear and children's clothing, studying the different types of brushes and their uses, color separation steps, coloring flats with different textures, steps to create a background for designs, converting images from raster to vector, converting images to portfolios, and the designer's achievement file. Objectives of the course :

The course aims to study different types of brushes and their uses, color separation steps, design background creation steps, converting images from raster to vector, the designer's digital portfolio, and training on the basics of drawing flat designs with measurements for women's and children's outerwear, coloring flat designs with different textures, basics of designing a digital designer's portfolio, basics of creating backgrounds and producing artwork in a way that suits the proposed design, and drawing a coordinated collection using specialized software and artificial intelligence in fashion design.
