Course Description: Dentists, as well as individuals working in the field of dentistry, are constantly exposed to a number of occupational hazards that lead to the development of several work-related illnesses. These conditions begin and worsen over the years. Among the most common complaints among dental professionals is musculoskeletal pain, particularly in the cervical region, which includes the neck and shoulders. There is a significant correlation between the number of weekly work hours and musculoskeletal pain in all areas, such as the back, upper extremities, and lower extremities. This course is designed to teach students how to avoid occupational hazards through specific physical exercises.
