Course Description: This course presents a philosophical, sociological, and economic introduction to managerial strategic behavior in the context of contemporary organizations. It covers the fundamental concepts and methodological steps of modern strategic management within integrated analytical frameworks that consider the key elements for organizations to achieve sustainable competitive advantages in an increasingly complex and interconnected business environment with intensifying national and international competition. The course aims to instill skills in analyzing strategic dimensions within complex and competitive business environments.
