Course Description: The course presents a philosophical, sociological, psychological, and economic introduction to micro and macro strategic behavior, as well as the causes, stages, and implications of the development of the behavioral approach in management and its contemporary research and administrative reflections. This course covers behavioral concepts, theories, and modern explanatory models, enabling contemporary organizations to predict and control internal and external behavioral frameworks to achieve their strategic vision and empower them to overcome obstacles and challenges to success in implementing behavioral plans and programs, with the course seeking to consolidate skills in studying behavioral dimensions in the complex and competitive business environment.
