Course Description: This course offers a comprehensive examination of individual and group behavior within organizational contexts. It aims to develop a systematic understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively while simultaneously enhancing the quality of work life for employees. Key topics covered include motivation, personality, perception, individual and group dynamics, power and politics, leadership, organizational structure, decision-making processes, and organizational change and development.
