Course Description: This course covers the concept and fields of organizational behavior at its three levels: individual, group, and organizational, and reviews topics related to each of these levels. The course also includes the importance of managing organizational behavior and its role in developing and advancing organizations by interpreting behavior and using it to guide individuals and groups towards achieving common goals.

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to equip students with knowledge related to groups, their types, and criteria, as well as group decision-making techniques. It also covers the impact of personality, perceptions, attitudes, and traits on organizational behavior. Additionally, it explains the motivational process and applies motivational theories to organizational situations. The course presents key leadership theories and the foundations of power and influence. It explains appropriate methods for dealing with stress, conflict, and interpersonal communication. Furthermore, it examines the impact of values and attitudes on organizational behavior and describes the characteristics, determinants, and methods of creating organizational culture.
