Course Description: This course introduces fundamental concepts related to management communication in business organizations. It focuses on clarifying the mechanism for creating positive interaction in the communication process and enhances the effectiveness of performing managerial functions and activities. It also emphasizes the importance of behavioral, organizational, and ethical aspects that affect the effectiveness of management communication by developing oral/verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, as well as by recognizing the multiple advantages of information technology in management communication applications.

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the basic concepts of the communication process and their scientific and practical implementation mechanisms. It also aims to identify the factors influencing communication in the surrounding environment, the impact of cultural diversity on communication in multinational organizations, and modern trends in electronic communication methods, their effect on society, and the possibility of harnessing them for the benefit of the organization. Furthermore, the course will equip students with the linguistic skills necessary to prepare speeches, reports, and oral presentations within organizations and how to analyze them, as well as the ability to write resumes and reports correctly.
