Course Description: - This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of occupational health principles, theories, and practices, with a focus on identifying, evaluating, and controlling occupational hazards, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment. - To provide students with a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for effective occupational health management in various settings.

Objectives of the course :

1. Identify and assess workplace hazards, including physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.
2. Understanding the principles of prevention and control of occupational diseases.
3. Applying risk assessment methods and developing strategies for their management.
4. Evaluating the effectiveness of safety policies and programs in promoting occupational health.
5. Demonstrate practical skills in conducting workplace inspections and implementing control measures.
6. Promote a culture of safety and health in the workplace.
