Course Description: This course covers advanced topics in plant ecology, focusing on plant-environment interactions, climate change, and the impact of human activities on ecosystems. It also covers concepts of ecological niche, macro-ecology, techniques for studying plant communities and analyzing ecological data, in addition to the role of plants in carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation.

Developing students' ability to analyze plant ecosystems and evaluate the impact of environmental and climate changes using advanced research tools.
