Applied microbiology

Course Description: This course covers various applications of microbiology in medical, agricultural, industrial, and environmental fields, with a focus on normal flora, host-microbe relationships, immunity mechanisms, and pathogens. It also covers water, food, and dairy microbiology, contamination detection techniques, as well as industrial applications, fermentation, and microbial risk assessment.
