Course Description: This course covers electron microscopy techniques for studying biological specimens, with a focus on Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), along with imaging and analysis mechanisms. It also covers methods for preparing biological samples, including fixation, embedding, sectioning, and staining, as well as image analysis, troubleshooting operational errors, and instrument maintenance.
