Course Description: This course aims to provide students with advanced knowledge of the principles and techniques of animal cell and tissue culture, including the components of culture media, growth conditions, and mechanisms of cellular differentiation. It also covers the applications of cell culture in biomedical fields such as cancer and organ transplantation. The course includes hands-on training in laboratory techniques such as sterilization, cell seeding, growth monitoring, and cell cryopreservation.
