Course Description: This course covers effective communication skills and methods with patients and their families in the healthcare environment, and the foundations of building therapeutic relationships and the patient experience. It focuses on listening skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, and managing difficult situations to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality.
