Health Organization Theory

Course Description: This course covers theories and approaches explaining the formation, design, and organizational structures of health organizations and their relationship with their environment. It examines models of organization, coordination mechanisms, authority, and decision-making, as well as the impact of organizational design on the effectiveness and performance of health facilities.
