Grammatical and morphological issues

Course Description: This course focuses on the study of grammatical and morphological issues, both theoretical and applied, that demonstrate the most important implicit and explicit cognitive starting points from which grammarians and morphologists operated. This includes the construction of general rules, grammatical interpretation and derivation, deletion and estimation, fronting and delaying, the rationalization of construction and non-composition, and issues of misconception, extension, and ambiguity, etc.

Objectives of the course :

The course aims to monitor the methodological differences between grammatical and morphological classifications in addressing issues in these two branches, and to critically analyze and solve problems through thinking, innovation, and creativity based on modern methodologies. It also aims to enable the student to conceptualize the rational foundations of Arabic grammar and develop their methodological abilities and critical sense. .
