Course Description: A study of the factors that influenced the development of modern Arabic literature: Free verse poetry and prose poetry: artistic characteristics, artistic novels and their characteristics, theater: origins, trends, and artistic characteristics, the essay: types and artistic characteristics.

Objectives of the course :

1- Identifying the factors of modernization in Arabic literature, its new genres, trends, and artistic characteristics.
Discussing issues related to literature in this era and offering scientific opinions on them.
3. Summon a sufficient number of literary figures from this era who represent different artistic trends.
